How come half the time I see a video from a bar in Japan, some drunk dude at the bar tries to kiss another man?

Well this website I visit called Jetanuki.com

The guy is a JET in some little town in Northern Japan and he has a blog with videos. I swear at least once a month he is drinking and some drunk Nihhonjin at the bar tries to kiss him.....

My favorite girlfreind has a brother that is so feminine that he is swarming in girls, but hasn't got a clue how to lay any of them - saying that just trying to bonk them would not be "real love". This does not stop him looking at porn, and rejecting girls advances, because they are not cute enough.
Also he shaves his eyebrows and looks at himself in the mirror all the time, and likes to call himself "cute".

I'm a little skeptical of the idea that all of the ones doing it are yao types. I've never heard of kissing a guy in a bar even in San Francisco. That JET excercised more restraint than I probably would have shown. I'd probably call their old lady to come drag them home... Has it happened to anybody else on this board?
