Presenting the "Gaijin Smash" cocktail!

Postby eskatonia » Wed Jan 09, 2013 3:18 am

"Gaijin Smash" As for it, it is the cocktail which can disrepect culture of Japan!

As for the Gaijin Smash it is the mix of 1/3 Zanpa Premium Awamori, 1/3 Monster Orange Energy Drink, 1/3 water, with ice, served in a tall glass.

It is the triple innuendo of cocktails!

First: its mixing a very fine traditional japanese alcohol with a foreign intruder
Second, gaijin could be referred to as "orange monsters" because of our skin color compared to japanese people
Third, only an ignorant gaijin would ruin good Awamori in this way!

A 1/3 mix in a tall glass will also get you good and wasted with 3 or 4 while the energy drink will keep you awake to Gaijin Smash all night long. It is the win win !

For science! we tested several energy drink before deciding on the orange monster. It is the smoothest, but still Gaijin Smash is like being hit in the stomach because first you taste the very smooth fine Awamori and then next is the sickly repulsive after taste of the energy drink. This is also the essence of the Gaijin Smash! As for a bonus, there is one. Orange Monster is essence of "Chaos" just like we Gaijin bring Chaos to the ordered harmonious life of Japanese People. Truly you cannot discern how this is not the Gaijin Smash.

As for the cocktail, comments are wanted. Please try and Gaijin Smash yourself and then be observant of consequences.

Your "Gaijin Smash" sounds about right to me. There's no "disrespect" since Awamori is just crappy rice hooch.

My "Meanie Mix-up" cocktail is generally shochu and whatever. such as "コーラショック" (Cola Shock aka culture-shocked Cuba Libre).

"crappy rice hooch" excellent, you have understood the essence of the "Gaijin Smash".

---

srsly now

for anyone in Osaka, come to Space Station bar in Amemura this friday night where we will have drink special 400 yen Gaijin Smash cocktails or you can have the "Respectful Gaijin" which is Awamori served as it should be Mizuwari. + DJ/VJ performances Minimal Techno, Dubstep, Progressive and Downbeat, but I presume fucked gaijin only care about the drink specials.

According to Helios Breweries in okinawa, Awamori is supposed to be made with rice from thailand. So its technically not even crappy japanese rice hooch, its bastardized thai rice hooch.

I'll stick with vodka

My English is rusty. Innuendo is an Italian suppository, isn't it? I don't see connection with the cocktail... :spin:

Thats even better, I insulted Japan within even meaning to by calling an import from Thailand a "fine Japanese liquor"

But no, it's made with "thai style" long grain rice grown in Okinawa. Thats the difference between it and Sho-Chu, which is made with Japanese short grain rice. I'm pretty sure that they consider Okinawan culture to be Japanese culture too but I guess I better check that with my actual japanese friends instead of ignorant Gaijin.

Well, at least he didn't suffer from hemorrhoids (otherwise he would have taken it up his nostrils or ears).
