How to meet the straight chicks from that theatre group

Postby wangta » Sat Jan 28, 2017 10:49 pm

I think its name is Takazuka or something similar. I reckon some of those chicks who play the male roles don't look butch at all but kinda sexy. Case in point is that Reon Suzuki or whatever her name is.

I wouldn't be caught dead hanging around the theatres where they perform but seriously, have any of the blokes here ever met some of those chicks? It seems to me that most of those playing the male roles are just that - good actors. Bet they want a good man when they're off the stage and not some drunken, dishevelled, smelly salary man like the ones I often encounter on the trains.

I'd love to know where they hang out. I'm actually a bloke who dresses well in real life and unlike the average J male I'm not lacking in masculinity like many of the younger Jp male generation and I also don't have that sucky, boorish 'me first' thru the train doors/depato doors mentality of the less young generations of Jp men. I'm not surprised Jp women and girls flock to the Takazuka theatre for some dream of a masculine but romantic, classy man.

Seeing the over 30s Jp men sitting down while their wife stands up holding heavy things shows me why Takazuka is needed and why some of their straight chicks could do with meeting a different kind of man. How to meet em?

Takarazuka.

The secret is to hang out by the stage door in a well-dressed, gentlemanly manner and perform an elaborate mime showing how you would give up your seat on a train, hold a door open and mop a lady's brow if she is feeling feverish. Back in the day, theatrically casting aside a container of "1 cup sake" with a look of disdain would additionally prove your credentials as a non-dishevelled salaryperson, but ever since "Two Girls One Cup" came about it's open to misinterpretation. If you don't end up with at least a hot threesome in the nearest karaoke joint you're doing it wrong (but stay clear of the quiet ones, they're most likely to whip out a strap-on, don't ask me how I know this).

Ha - thanks for the wiki link! More of those chicks are hotter than I thought and nope, most of em don't look like men with all that eye make-up etc. They're supple from all that training and dancing, and they need a decent gaijin man who treats women well. I dress very well on the right occasions w/out looking fruity - gay blokes I've worked with or known in my life have been great to learn from re dressing with style.

No wonder these ladies want to work in an all-female country judging from the 'quality' of the Japanese men in Tokyo. And Tokyo's supposed to be 'sophisticated'. Ha - some of the inaka places I've lived were more sophisticated.

I spose I need to work for a Hankyu company or Hankyu linked company. Any info on companies that are Hankyu or are connected to Hankyu?

Let's go on a hyperlink tour.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takarazuka_Revue
links to
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hankyu
links to
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hankyu_Hanshin_Holdings
links to
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hankyu_Ha ... ds_a_stake

If you can't take that kind of initiative to research, what makes you think that you can attract the attention of a revue artiste? Especially when you can't get her name right.

But before we wind you up too much, perhaps we should start with that first link:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takarazuk ... #Fan_clubs
and this historical titbit
In August 1940, the actresses were even forbidden to answer fan mail and socialize with their admirers.

Seriously - thanks for that even tho it makes me feel a bit down as I will NEVER work in any fucking bank in Japan or the other hankyu linked companies. Ooops - the hot chick called Reon is Yuzuki, not Suzuki, and retired now. But I just found out she's in Billy Elliott - should I go and suffer thru that musical just to see her......

I'm honestly not joking about some of those hot chicks including the male role playing ones. Living in Tokyo has shown me why females flock to this famous theatre group and are interested in the male playing ones the most - most of the Tokyo blokes I see are fucking badly dressed or look fucking mediocre, no sense of difference except for the 'hip hop' try-hards and the fuckwits who are younger and try to draw attention to themselves by wanker 'fashion'.

Tokyo men generally seem as sophisticated as the inaka men I met at various jobs and at least those inaka men were often better mannered. And fuck, a lot of Tokyo men stink from the kusai jiji to the salarymen to the selfish shitheads with their backpacks who don't give a fuck about how many people they impede or hit with the likewise smelly backpcks.

No wonder the J females want different kinds of men. I fit the bill - masculine but also not afraid to dress up and to hold doors for the ladies, pull out the chair for them at restaurants and generally make them feel special. At high school one of my best mates was gay and even then he looked a sharp dressed (young) man. We played Aussie Rules football in the same teams for our high school years and used to have a good laugh talking about how the other team members would've been paranoid in the changing rooms if they'd known his sexuality.

Went to uni together and still keep in contact, and he taught me a lot about how to look good and to be confident wearing more dressy gear. I'll never forget his put-down of a dickhead who was convinced he was after him simply because he found out my mate was gay - he said "As if" in a blunt, masculine way and shook his head laughing.
