F---'in real estate agents are the absolute worst sheisters in Japan. I HATE THEM!

I just tried to negotiate additional terms into my lease and they wouldn't budge on anything, not even a simple reasonableness clause for costs incurred during restoration of the premises to their original condition. These guys are thieves and are useless. Why can't I just talk to the landlord for chrissakes?

i feel your pain. try it in sapporo with far fewer gaijin, fcked or otherwise..

but there is hope, but you need a japanese person to help, one with vvv good personal skills and that likes you, and has patience, so some cunnilingus or sake is required

many large corps like car cos and fuji etc own a lot of good real estate, and you CAN deal with them directly sometimes, they tend to flypost areas, or advertise in magazines when they acquire new properties, otherwise you gots to find a really good real estate agent staff - vvvv diffciult i know, i think we saw about 60 people here, and found 2 of them to be honest and helpful..

also if you get a contract with a blue chip co property, its like gold as a future reference.. from what the wife says, they often rent to gaijin, if you have like a really good job and dress nice, and have the hardest thing, the guarenteer .. otherwise you gots to rely on your mate to sweeten things with the estate agent..

i suppose you know all this as youve been her longer than me, but thought it was worth mentioning just in case..

now heres a quesion of importance... just why are the girls n asabu so damn sexy and direct?

i think the "scouts" and host staff lurking around street corners deserve a mention.. along with the annoying traffic police.. hey the police in general would get mentioned, but you hardly ever see a beat cop here, if they exist even... sapporo police women are generally very fit though..

ah the local neighbourhood association bloke are always some grumpy old shit so they should be in the poll too..

and the govt, all members, theiving yak bribe taking, useless mofos.. they should be in the poll

and leafleters in shopping centres and depato they are useless and never seem to wear skimpy outfits like on the street so why no vote for them?

idiots who park in the middle of the pavement , they deserve the chair also..
