"Daniel-san" got off easy. If I saw that in a restaraunt, I would have told him to inhale the wasabi through his nose. And being white myself, he probably would have been stupid enough / trusted me enough to do it.

 Actually in Izu I have eaten wasabi-flavored icecream. Not bad. Wasabi is one of the few foods of Japan with any character--I put it it on everything, especially char-broiled burgers.

I'm too lazy to cook or eat out; I just put it on crackers and that is my meal for the day.

Steve-O did that in the movie Jackass. Called it a "wasabi snooter." The results weren't that pretty.

Tom Green's Monkey Subway hour.

He put a vibrator on a kaiten sushi bar revolving belt, and a camera with a walkie-talkie. It was hilarious. One of the employees grabbed it off the belt, and asked him, is this yours.. (pointing to the camera, W/T, and Vibe).. he said the camera and W/T were his, but that the vibe was not LOL

They were cussing him and everything. It was a riot.
