I dunno much about specific chemicals causing gay frogs but the current consensus regarding gay men is their mother's body having something like a built up immune response to the male specific neurological proteins in their body while pregnant. The more male children a woman has, the more antibodies the mother's body creates, the greater likelihood the later male children will be gay. Not sure any reasonable, educated, people still think "it's a choice" but with a scientific explanation, that line of thinking should fade out.

Science is also starting to be able to explain gender dysphoria. I can't imagine how difficult one's life must be to be born in those positions. How society integrates people with gender dysphoria isn't simple but the current political climate is making it more difficult. When it comes to sports, while I feel for those with gender dysphoria and despite the whole gal power theme in women's sports, the whole purpose of seperating men and women sports is the differences in their biology. While I can understand a trans woman feelings about competing as a male, the purpose isn't to denegrate them. Even if they are not unnatural, they would have significant physiological advantages if they were competing as a woman. Olympic level athletes like Jenner also shows there is no competitive need to create seperate transgender class or classes. (though if serperate classes are the way things go, no problem with that) The flipside is no seperate class...and you'll see most bilogical women be outcompeted and left out of the top tournaments in most sports. That only helps the biological men that wouldn't current make the cut. I just wish the knee jerk and emotional takes on all this would give way to science and reason.

It's all bullshit. There are no 'men only' sports. Take for example football. If there was a single woman alive that could compete at top EPL level, they would be playing!

They invented women only sports to somehow empower women, when for all intents and purposes, is like watching U14 teen boys play. 'Women only' sports are pointless so let the trannys play I say.

The elite level is open to all, men, woman, tans, whatever. If your good enough, you'll play. It just so happens, woman and tranny's haven't been up to scratch. (This doesn't apply at top level motorsports - already have women in top flight there - but its hardly a sport is it).

I get where you're coming from with elitie level sports where there is no rule against women. I remember this quite well:

She was good enough to play in the minors but she only got partial, preseason games in the NHL as it's just that much more elite....you have the top 1% of the top 1% and even most men can't make that cut. (I know I sure as hell couldn't) Depending on the sport, it's usually just not possible for a woman to play at that elite level due to differences in physiology. The same can not be said about a trans woman. (Jenner is a pretty good example of that)

So yes, we have these "women only" leagues that may not be the pinnacle of each sport but they are as elite as you can get for women. (and I wouldn't diss them with the U14 comment having had my ass handed to me playing against a pro women's team) I grew up with two girls in my hockey club. They were not the best players but they were servicable. Besides changing underwear outside the locker room, nobody treated them any different than us and this was back in the 80's/90's. When your physiological upper limit is that of a man and you can play at an elite level, you're not going to be challenged or happy playing at a lower compete level anyways.

The whole point of women's leagues is they have their own fair competition among their own physiological peers. The leagues may not be as popular as the elite leagues but it's hardly pointless. Especially if you're a woman that loves sport. Unfortunately, allowing a trans woman to play in a competitive women's league would give them an unfair physiological advantage. They physiological peers are men so when it comes to competition, that's where they should play. I don't even want to get in to the hormone blockers and hormones some take as it maked it even more difficult to say what is fair.
