I'm a fledgling handbag and t-shirt designer...I do all my own art work which is by the way tattoo art work...and truth be known, I'm a closet fashion designer too...but nothing too mainstream...knowwhatImean???

Either you can rep yourself or get a sales rep. Most of the small shops in shibuya 109 are chains or outlets, so you would have to go to the headquarters. Some are Privatly owned. You can usualy spot them easily. Why not take a tour.
