Tokyo Government HQ lit up like a Christmas tree

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government(TMG) has resumed, on a trial basis, the illumination of the TMG building, stopped since March 1999, with a view to utilizing the night view of Tokyo's skyscrapers as a tourism resource and further enhance the city's vibrant atmosphere.

Lighting Schedule:
2004
November 3rd (Culture Day), 23rd (Labor Thanksgiving Day)
December 23rd (Emperor's Birthday), 24th (Christmas Eve), 25th (Christmas Day), 31st (New Year's Eve)
2005 (January to March)
January 1st (New Year's Day), 10th (Coming-of-Age Day)
February 11th (National Founding Day)
March 10th (Tokyo Peace Day), 21st (Vernal Equinox Day)
