Holidays in Japan?!

Postby ChrisRT » Sat Nov 06, 2004 6:30 pm

Hey, what are some holidays that are celebrated in Japan that are also celebrated in other countries? Is there a Christmas, Halloween, and Easter? If so, what do they do on these days? Also, are there any other or even odd holidays in Japan?

Never heard of a holiday with that name. Don't tell me, it involves a butt plug, bukkake, and you being my bitch for a week?

They have Xmas, but is polluted... christmas cakes are a hot item here... And Xmas is a time for lovers..

They have Valentine's Day, but the girls usually give the guys candies.. and then they have White Day where the guys get to fork over the gifts...

They have New Years which I think is better than the crap in western countries ( just more to do, temple visits, drinking, and so on..)

Thanks for the info! Now the guy holding a knife to the tree out front has left and released the hostage tree in exchange of this information.

Ohhh, someone who knows me in real life and dislikes me. What a surprise. I've been to Memories about ten times in two years. I like it. The staff are cool. If you see me there say 'Hi' and I'll buy you a beer. http://www.chama.ne.jp/cgi-bin/kure/kure.cgi?link=42
