HOT DAMN! For a moment there I though I had missed the chance to bid on Jiji Press (Japan's worst wireservice which ought to be up for sale).

I assume that Jiji's 1-yen bid for connect is tied to a fat contract for dedicated news terminal that cost 1,000,000yen each and plus 10,000/m service contract.
Does anybody know the details of the scam?
