Kyodo via Yahoo: Cumulative Asahi Super Dry sales volume could fill 25 baseball domes
Asahi Breweries Ltd. said Thursday that cumulative sales of its Asahi Super Dry beer have topped 30,990,000 liters, an amount equal to filling 25 Tokyo Dome baseball stadiums, at the fastest pace ever for a single brand of beer...In 1989, it sold 100 million cases and has since been selling above the amount annually for 16 straight years...Kirin's popular Lager beer has sold a cumulative total of 83 million liters since 1890, to when the oldest record can be traced, company officials said.

Bah that's only a fraction of , "The nation's households dispose of 51.2 million tons of garbage annually -- enough to fill the Tokyo Dome about 138 times."
...or the amount of sewage wastes discharged in50.77 million tons per year enough to fill about 136 Tokyo Domes.
