NAGOYA - Japanese police have decided to ask for China's cooperation in investigating a Chinese man over his alleged involvement in cases of fabricating alien registration cards in Japan, informed sources said Saturday.
The man, who is in his 30s and currently lives in China's Fujian Province, is suspected of being responsible for teaching techniques to fabricate Japan-issued alien registration cards to another Chinese man who has been arrested in Japan for being the mastermind in a series of card forgery cases, the sources said.
