'Hairy-dog' Japanese make the cover of TIME!

Postby Taro Toporific » Wed Mar 15, 2006 2:26 pm

Good news:
Japanese make the cover of TIME as the "first" Americans.
Bad news:
They're "hairy-dog" Ainu.

---They may have been a lot like Kennewick Man, whose hotly disputed bones are helping rewrite earliest history---
TIME Magazine,-- Mar. 13, 2006
...[Kennewick Man] is not North American looking, and he's not tied in to Siberian or Northeast Asian populations. He looks more Polynesian or more like the Ainu, an ethnic group that is now found only in northern Japan....more....

It would seem that Time has made a mistake. The image on the cover is not that of the Kennewick Man, but rather that of a more primitive evolutionary predecessor, Nipponthropus jimintoensis. This hominid variant, characterized by extensive inbreeding, short stature, foul-smelling breath, and hypertrophic sebaceous glands, favors smoky, humid habitats, is known for its attraction to alcohol and pubescent females.

Damn right they've made a mistake and I'm thinking of a law suit. They got their nerve calling my relatives Japanese, even though they got their description right!
