Boring a big hole

JAPANESE ambassador Ryuzo Kikuchi on Thursday commissioned 116 boreholes in Masaka, Mukono and Kayunga districts, worth $10m (about 18.5b).


I didn't realize Uganda with it's large coast line and fleet of ships was such a big 'UN' supporter of Whaling.
