The Japan Times: Sunday, May 7, 2006
....

They will work, but not submit to a corporate harness. For 80 percent of them, Shukan Post reports, personal life is more important than work... Mr Kobayashi: First, I experienced a sort of overpowering feeling whenever I was in the room with foreigners, not to mention a powerful body odor coming from them. I don't know whether it was a sweat from the heat or a cold sweat, but I remember I was sweating whenever they were around.

Well, what do you expect when you overwork them, pay them a pittance, engage in passive agressive behaviour, attempt to reduce their ability to take paid leave, and give them a really hard time when they want to quit?
