Claude Terrail, the owner of the Tour d'Argent in Paris, one of the most celebrated restaurants in the world, has died at the age of 88. The Emperor and Empress dined at La Tour d'Argent and their pictures are up on the wall. The only other branch of the restaurant was opened in 1984 in The Hotel New Otani in Tokyo.
