Yonhap via Yahoo: 'Noodle King' to Pursue Formation of Global Food Relief System
The inventor of instant ramenn noodles and top executive of Japan's No. 1 ramenn producer said Monday that he wants to build a global system committed to providing emergency food relief for victims of natural disasters. "One of my dreams is to establish a system to provide safe and delicious ramen to those suffering from such unexpected natural disasters as tsunamis and earthquakes," Momofuku Ando, chairman of Nissin Food Products Co., said at a press conference in Seoul.
