Wacky obstacle course shows

Man, I love those shows! Although most Japanese TV is about as interesting as watching paint dry, the obstacle course/eating contest-type shows are great. If they cancel those shows, so that nothing but cooking and panel-based programming remains, I'm going to throw my TV set out the window.
