Hm...here, having just finished some huge school hurdle, people would be happy and laid back, get "senioritis". My roomate sure as hell did. Also, from what I understood, college students slack off through their entire student career, why would they get depressed in May?

What a weird place...

I guess I sometimes get the blues during school breaks, but I usually work part or full-time during those breaks, so I don't stay idle. Last winter break though, I didn't find a job, and I was somewhat listless and depressed during that time. I think I understand the problem for these students, but the solution is simple: find something to do during your idle time!
