Here's no doubt those Mainland commies have been nuts and China has a dreadful human rights record, sure they've got missiles and pump huge sums of cash into their military but how bad and how militant is China ?

China hasn't taken part in a war since the 80s while Japanese ignored the hunt Osama in Afghan operation and took part in the so-called 'illegal war in Iraq', the Chinese have a huge army but have only 1.7 active troops per 1000 of their citizens while nations like Argentina/Japan have 1.8 per 1000, China spends about 40 billion on its military while the UK/Japan spend about 45 billion. If provoked I imagine China's peaceful stance could very easily change, it might be best to let sleeping dragons lie as Napoleon and warned that when awoken it would make the world tremble.
