The body found floating in Lake Mendota on Monday is that of a Japanese student who was studying in Madison but disappeared last January, according to the Dane County coroner. Coroner John E. Stanley said that because of a preliminary investigation and after discussion with the Japanese consulate, he's concluded the body is Kenji Ohmi's, WISC-TV reported. Stanley said that his preliminary findings suggest that Ohmi died from drowning.

I just called my mate from Aramco that runs their education program and he says the dudes around, just staying away. He did this for the last semester and since he had failing marks this time, was ashamed, and more likely didn't want to leave Japan (he was probably going to be sent home from the program). Ah, perhaps another YBF victim is identified. At any rate, the people around here expect him to show up when he finally accepts the fact he is going to be sent back. But the problem is his family, by going to the government and newspapers have made a national issue out of it and what ever the dude does now, he's finished. Apparently, these are the elite destined for business and government that are selected for these scholarship study programs. All graduates are guaranteed to stay on the fast track. This dude just by his family notifying everyone under the sun and getting his name in all the home town newspapers is now going to have to hustle just to make camel wrangler 2nd class!
