Kyodo via Japan Today: Illuminated naked man found guilty of indecent exposure
A 41-year-old unemployed man, who lit himself up while totally nude at his home, was found guilty and given a suspended 4-month prison term for indecent exposure in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. According to the court, the man turned off the lights in his apartment on the second floor and stood on top of a chair totally nude while illuminating himself with a lamp so that female workers at a restaurant 45 meters away from his home, and random others could witness him naked on the night of Sept 5 last year.

I think that description is vivid enough not to need an accompanying image.
