Japanese official says US won't go it alone on North Korea
A senior Japanese government official says the United States would not take any military action on North Korea without the consent of Japan and South Korea.

Like what the hell could Japan do, if the US wanted to attack without its permission?? They might think about it on a year, and then decide to do something

Or better, a coalition to study the effects of the study group before the studying begins, just to make sure the results are valid. And all this must be passed around in a large group, and everyone has to agree on it, if not, they have to retry and do it all over again to insure validity and conformity.
