The person, Basant Thapa, who booked the narcotic here, was arrested when he inquired about his consignment with the courier service as he found it missing after searching the courier service company's website. Thapa said during interrogation that he had sent on commission several such consignments received from Nepal where narcotic smuggling attracts capital punishment.
