Stork egg hatches naturally in the wild for 1st time in 43 years

An egg laid by artificially-bred oriental white storks that were released into the wild in 2006 has hatched naturally, a breeding farm in Hyogo Prefecture said Sunday. Bizarre - I bribed my way across the Croatian border in the 90's and was surpised to see (apparantly wild) storks breeding, alive and well in [size=-1]Čigoč. So whassup? Are these a different Stork?? Also - in Beijing, I attended a state dinner at which we dined on 'Stork Soup' - one of the delicacies from the 'bird restaraunt'.
