wait a minute... he was fined 9000 yen? Isn't that less than a speeding ticket? I think that there is a time when the old age sticker just isn't enough of a barrier, some people just need to stop driving. The fact that this guy went on to the wrong side of the road initially is forigveable. The thing that scares me is that he didn't realize his mistake, and didn't notice the police. This clearly shows he is totally out to lunch and shouldn't be on the road.
