Why do the Japanese always translate "oshiri" as "hip"?

Anyway, I can't imagine a Japanese woman winning an international nice ass contest. Especially not if Latinas are allowed to enter.

Both good points. I've never understood the translation either. It's just the word used in schools as the "standard" translation for oshiri.

I agree that a latina would be the heavy favorite to win a nice ass contest. Brazilian women would have an unfair advantage.
