Those who complain that Japanese media is biased towards foreigners ought to be satisfied that some of the government's bad behaviour is being exposed. Although I wonder the legitimacy of complaining because one is being compared to a monkey. I don't think we have any laws in my country that prevents that either. The article doesn't mention if any of the incidents were provoked.
