Japan has seen a number of recent incidents of tulip destruction. Gunma police have now released CCTV images of a man attacking tulips in Maebashi at the scene of one of the first reports. And it looks like a crazy salaryman swiping heads off with his umbrella. Police have asked anyone who recognizes him to contact them.
