Despite the efforts of fishing cooperatives, foreign clams are making it through to retailers.

There are a thousand lines possible for the above discriminatory practices against foreign clams, but I am too polite..

Actually, I was trying to find a JPEG of one of the famous "clam" manga which seem to be found in mainstream publication. My fav is the Mr Otter and Ms Clam manga which has had MANY appearences by F-gaijin clams and congers.
