Bukkake Bandit Part II

ZakZak reports (Japanese) that a man has been arrested in Tochigi for ejaculating over a dress which was on sale in a local supermarket. Police say the 22 year old part-timer entered the shop around 9:20 am, made his way to the woman's formal wear department and from there went to a mens toilet on the second floor. He was caught in flagrante delicto. Staff in the supermarket had discovered similarly soiled school uniforms at the end of January as well as earlier this month and so were on the lookout for suspicious behaviour. When they spotted the man heading for the toilets carrying a dress, they knew they had found the culprit.
