Japanese news reports say that a girl has died in Tokyo's Itabashi ward while taking part in the filming of an adult video. The 25 year old suffered a cardio pulmonary arrest in the rental studio but died while on the way to hospital. According to the reports, the girl collapsed during the shoot and quickly lost consciousness. Police have learned that she was pregnant although it isn't clear what stage she was at. They are talking with those at the scene and will likely conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
