Japanese police say they have arrested a 16-year-old boy on suspicion of trying to manufacture a bomb to blow up his classmates.
Police found materials and ingredients to make hand-made bombs at his home in the northern city of Sapporo, a police spokesman said on Thursday.

I don't know which is more probable and lethal: this kid trying to blow up the school or whatever else up there, or the likelihood that one of those DPRK missiles hitting Japan.

um........... most houses have all the ingredients needed to make a bomb. shit..... baking soda, vinegar, a water baloon/ condom, and a glass bottle will make a nice little grenade.
