Japan bites back at loan sharks
BBC News

Japan is preparing a clamp-down on loan sharks, who have become a growing menace as the country's decade-long recession grinds on.

[...]

The law will also increase the incentives for police to pursue loan sharks, not traditionally one of their priorities.

Not one of their priorities? Anything other than sitting around and smoking cigarettes is not priority for the hard(ly) working men in blue.
