I haven't stopped to read the sign, but I am going to the open house at the base this weekend to try to score anything, or two that comes strolling along the seaside. Since Yokosuka Mary has gone, I'll have time to note what it says. It announces curfew times and drinking time limits within the confines of Yokosuka city for all base personnel. I didn't notice if they had posted any time limitations on mugging.

I actually agree with this. There's nothing like a good @$$ whooping to help set a kid straight. But you've got to do it when they're younger so it sinks in that bad behaviour gets punished.
