Most of the time, I see guys at the gym barely lifting 20 pounds but this guys is intense. I wish Japanese weightlifters paid attention to this guy so they know what to do.
Yeah, I know it should be "your" ass, but who cares?

I am not really sure where I am going, I just hope that when I get there, I can sit down because I am sure my feet will be tired.

ive noticed that the public gyms in japan are full of buff older guys. And they probably do have a higher quality of life than there sedentary friends.

you're lucky. My local public gym is full of fat middle aged housewives who just sit on the equipment and socialize.

At least you have women at your gym. My main gym is full of dudes who rack up helluva amount of weights but their forms are complete shit and their "personal trainers" only count their reps for them...
