Kim Iskyan argues in Slate that China should purchase the Russian Far East. He's basically saying that doing so would be the equivalent of what the Louisiana purchase did for America. As this is obviously isn't a really serious editorial (I mean, serious in that it might actually happen) I feel a lot better wondering aloud if Iskyan has ever been here.
The endless horizons of the RFE [Russian Far East] would create new opportunities for land ownership for tens of millions of unemployed Chinese rural dwellers ...
