MY POINT IN SIMPLE WORDS:
At the time of the first report:
-just taxi driver was saying "look like fureigners"
(problem, for taxi driver, the criteria to claim someone maybe foreigner is"comitting a crime" because it's known that japanese can't do no bad)
-every incident is usually blamed on fureigners first before retraction most of the time.
-therefore media should wait to have a little more data before claiming anything (like the keitai who seems much more serious proof than a Nagoya taxi driver).
Now, explain me how you read this as "i are above the law" ? please ?
