...the Pentagon brass is mulling a name change that would make the cadre seem even more humdrum. If the switch goes through. Psychological Operations would become Military Information Support and/to Operations. PSYOP would become MISO.
Judging by the online reaction,the PSYOP community is none-too-pleased with the idea of a watery new acronym.
