A friend just emailed this to me.

It's a pdf poster downloadable from the Kanagawa police website ... here ...

It starts by warning people who are hiring foreigners to "check their papers" carefully because ... and then it goes into a tirade about how there are so many illegal foreigners, and how many of them are criminals and involved with foreign organized crime, and how they're a threat to society, and that anyone with any info about foreigners who are staying or working illegally should report them to the nearest koban.

Nice "pictures" of the kind of foreign scum they're after too.

Funnay... everytime I harrass the koban aboot illegally parked cars in my street, it's always japanese owners that rush to move their junkers...
While the condo next door have around 10 Brasiliun families... all with registered parking places...

Be on the look out for a big nosed afro-hair gaijin who has no feet talking to another footless afro-hair gaijin sitting on the can. Actually, that would be kinda suspicious. The criminal in the lower picture is obviously trying to use the force to boost someone's wallet.The Yokohama PD got a point here.
