A worker at a rice processing company in Tonami City, Toyama prefecture, spotted a foreign body in a shipment of grain. A closer inspection revealed it was over 200 million yen in cash. He has notified police who think that a local farmer or trader may have accidentally dropped it into their load. Expecting the owner to come forward to claim the money, they are not revealing particular details about the find in order to confirm identification.
