Saitama Gov. Yoshihiko Tsuchiya called FIFA "rotten" for the fiasco that has witnessed most World Cup games in Japan played with thousands of empty seats but fans unable to buy tickets for games.
"(FIFA) doesn't have any way of confirming how many tickets it has sold for games. It's rotten, that FIFA is," Tsuchiya told reporters.
But the real reason he's pissed (typical politician):
A furious Tsuchiya later added, "Before the World Cup started, I said that I'd like to bring about 10 people to a game, but was told that I wasn't allowed to. They're making a fool of me
