NAGANO -- Four prison officials who mistreated two inmates, hitting them and posting stickers on their backs that said, "I am an idiot," have been warned and given light pay cuts ...mistreated two inmates at the facility - on a daily basis, hitting their shoulders and backs and kneeing them.
