Hm, a lot less subtle than drugging the punch, isn't it? It's scary how close it is in concept, though. Either way, people who do that are misusing their balls and should have them removed.

Does anybody actually know about how sex offenders are punished (if at all) in Japan?? It's really sick that someone could get away with what happened in that article for over a year....
Did anybody else notice that the guy in the article admitted to assaulting 20+ girls, and the official police report said there have been about 20-something sexual attacks in like areas in the past year?? Looks like the Tokyo police hit the jackpot on that creep....
