(Un)Preparing "for the Big One"

BBC put together an earthquake report. I tend to be a little more concerned than this guy doing the reporting...

Yep, the BBC is forgot the total FUBAR reaction to the Kobe earthquake. The anti-earthquake measures taken for the modern buildings were FRAUD---and surprise, nobody went to jail. :evil:
