Well, one of the few professions where a man can look after a woman is in the medical field. It's then no surprise that the waiting rooms of doctors are full of... women, who wait in turn to be banged. Very hard profession, being a doctor there, and it is no surprise that it is left to mostly foreigners. Plus, if they refuse to perform, they can be accused by the woman in question of sexual harassment, which is punishable by death.
