IHT/Asahi: November 4, 2003 Two human rights groups on Monday complained to the United Nations that Tokyo Governor Shintaro Ishihara's recent remarks on Japan's colonization of the Korean Peninsula violate an international treaty against racial discrimination.

I hope they fry his stupid ass. Ishihara is a prime example of ignorance in Japan and should be sent to a mental institution for evaluation.
