You have to wonder how badly the police wanted to catch their flasher. If you were going to bait the trap, would a guy whose probably in his mid-20's/early 30's be your first candidate to play the role of a highschool girl? At least in kabuki he'd be given the wig and makeup... :wink:

No doubt they do but, if they're anything like the female officers in the west, the male special contastable probably still had the best legs in the precinct !!!

Except of course for the Miniskirt Police, as Taro has perhaps eluded to, but they're too easy for would-be flashers to spot (so to speak).
