It might be a willing to work in what is essentially a girls bar for what I assume are regular restaurant wages, let pervy otaku customers take your photo, and have your image published in marketing material factor. Anyway, I went once when the Akasaka-mitsuke ten first opened. The girls weren't that cute and the food sucked so I've had zero desire to go back.
