Mall selling sexy dolls bust-ed
thestar.com April 9, 2015
In a successful bust, the [Malaysian] Home Ministry’s Al-Quran Text and Publishing Control Division seized RM14,234.20 worth of prohibited and obscene [Japanese] material from a popular shopping mall in Petaling Jaya...
...
Confiscated merchandise included 150 items from one Japanese pop culture shop, which included sexy dolls, shirts with suggestive quotes, squeezable mouse pads and posters.
One lingerie-clad doll was perched on a high-tech toilet, presumably to satisfy anyone with an omorashi (peeing) fetish.
Other scantily clad figurines included popular anime characters such as mage Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail, heroic spirit Saber from Fate Stay/night, mermaid Princess Shirahoshi from One Piece, and transformation weapon Mea Kurosaki from To-Love-Ru Darkness.

C. The Japanese government uses our taxes to promote wanking dolls, ' to exploit the commercial capital of the country's culture industry*'.

Is that a stock photo, or was Danny Choo's company's mascot goods actually busted?

That's just a representative photo of a Japanese "squeezable mousepad." However Danny Choo's wanking dolls were a big seller in Malaysia and this crack down will hurt his bottom line.
A few of the actual Cool Japan items that were confiscated are shown at: thestar.com.my/News/Nation/2015/04/08/Crime-Raid-sex-store-dolls/
